Enhance the properties of terracotta in collaboration with a craftsman.
Project
Hava result from Emma Sioufi's end-of-studies project on the issue of "how can designers around the world easily collaborate with Indian craftsmen?", in which I was able to participate.
I volunteered to be the user and test Emma's project app. As a designer, I collaborated with Nithin, a potter from Pune in India. We've made Hava, a range of sculptural objects that use the properties of terracotta (cool water, add nutrients, cool air, keep earth moist).
